Why I Built This
For 15 years, I built a career in recruitment.
I was good at it.
But It wasn't what I was passionate about.
In 2019, I made the decision to walk away I sold my £1M recruitment agency for £49 to the other partner.
I had five kids. And I realised that if I didn't make a move then, I probably never would.
So I went all in.
Since then I have built Allan Miles Consultancy from scratch not to chase a laptop lifestyle, but to build something that worked around my family, not the other way around.
That experience 15 years understanding people, hiring, leadership, and what makes businesses actually function is now the engine behind everything I do with clients.
I'm not a theorist.
